Non-Executive Directors' Remuneration
Independent Non-Executive Directors are paid an annual fee for their service on the Board and all committees of the Board. Independent Non-Executive Directors are not provided with retirement benefits other than statutory superannuation and do not receive options or bonus payments.
All Independent Non-Executive Directors' remuneration is paid by the Responsible Enity and is not an expense of the Trust.
Given the relatively simple nature of the above remuneration practices and the fact that they do not impact on the financial performance of the Trust, the Board has not established a Remuneration Committee. This does not accord with the ASX Recommendation 9.2, although such recommendation again notes that a Remuneration Committee is more appropriate for larger companies.
